Why Peak Physical Therapy & Wellness?
Tired of the high-volume mill environment and corporate red tape? At Peak Physical Therapy & Wellness, we do things differently.
For over 30 years, we’ve remained locally PT, veteran, and women owned and operated - with zero private equity, corporate, or physician ownership. Our owners work directly in the clinics every day, offering real mentorship without the corporate ladders.
We protect your time, your sanity, and your passion for care by holding fast to a true one-on-one treatment model:
- 60-Minute Initial Evaluations
- 30-Minute Follow-Up Treatments
- 3:1+ PT to PTA/ATC Ratio (You are never just hired to grind out evaluations)
What Sets Us Apart
Professional Growth & Development
- Unlimited Continuing Education Reimbursement
- Structured Mentorship Program tailored for new grads and experienced clinicians alike
- Elective Specialty Teams staying at the edge of clinical research
- Subspecialty Exposure: Mentorship and cases available in Neuro, TMJ, and Pelvic Health
Tech-Driven Efficiency
We invest in tools that elevate your care and make your day easier:
- Modern EMR & Workflows: Built for efficiency so you finish your charts before you head home.

- Eager to learn, grow, and collaborate with a close-knit team.
- Passionate about guiding patients through their full plan of care.
New Grads Welcome! You don’t need to have all the answers on day one—just a caring heart, a solid work ethic, and a desire to learn.
