Lead Without Corporate Limitations
Are you an experienced Physical Therapist looking to step into leadership without sacrificing patient quality or getting buried in corporate bureaucracy?
At Peak Physical Therapy & Wellness, we are seeking a Clinic Director who can "Model the Way" - a leader who balances clinical excellence, team mentorship, and clinic growth with a caring heart.
For over 30 years, we’ve remained locally PT, veteran, and women owned and operated – with zero private equity, corporate, or physician ownership. Our owners work directly within the practice every day. You won't have to navigate corporate ladder to lead your clinic effectively, mentor your staff, or execute great ideas.
Why Lead at Peak?
True 1-on-1 Care Model
We protect our clinicians from burnout, which makes leading your team smooth and sustainable:
- 60-Minute Initial Evaluations
- 30-Minute Follow-Up Treatments
- 3:1+ PT to PTA/ATC Ratio (Your team isn't just grinding out evaluations)
Leadership & Business Autonomy
- Direct Ownership Mentorship: Learn business practices, management strategies, and operational growth directly from local practice owners.
- KPI-Driven Success: Understand and leverage clinical KPIs to maintain our 1:1 care model, ensure patient compliance, and keep your clinic thriving.
- Streamlined Workflows: Modern EMR, efficiency-focused systems, and advanced technology (VALD Dynamo, ForceDecks, Shockwave, VO2 Max Testing) so your team leaves on time.
Unmatched Culture & Work-Life Balance
- No Weekends and closed for major traditional holidays.
- Flexible Hours: M–Th (7am–7pm), Fri (7am–5pm). 4x10s or creative 5-day options.
- Team Incentive Events: Monthly production bonuses fund activities like Topgolf, group dinners, mountain trips, and skydiving!
Core Responsibilities of the Clinic Director
- Lead & Mentor: Inspire, support, and guide staff therapists, new grads, and support staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Model Clinical Excellence: Maintain a patient caseload utilizing our 1:1 treatment model while demonstrating top-tier clinical care.
- Drive Operational Growth: Oversee clinic operations, manage schedule efficiency, and keep track of key performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure clinic health and sustainability.
- Foster Culture: Create an encouraging, team-first environment that emphasizes continuous learning, patient compliance, and fun.
Compensation & Benefits Package
We offer one of the most competitive and transparent leadership packages among independent practices in Colorado:
- Base Salary: $85,000 – $105,000/year (based on leadership and clinical experience)
- Leadership & Production Bonuses: Monthly bonus structure with potential for an additional $10,000 – $25,000+ per year.
- Paid Time Off: Up to 120 hours of PTO with flex options to earn more time off.
- 401(k) Retirement: 100% match on the first 3%, 50% match on the next 2% — Immediate 100% vesting from day one.
- Professional Development: Unlimited Continuing Education Reimbursement and structured leadership training.
- Comprehensive Health & Wellness:
- 3 Health Plan options (Peak pays a significant portion)
- Dental & Vision premiums 100% covered by Peak
- HSA options, Short/Long-Term Disability, and $50k Company-Paid Life Insurance
