Michael joined Peak in 1995, when it was a single clinic with one therapist and four employees. He has since helped grow it into a team of over 150 across twelve clinics under ownership and management. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, he's committed to bringing more veterans onto the Peak team.

A Doctor of Physical Therapy with an athletic training background, Tara specializes in manual therapy and sports medicine, working with athletes from high school to professional levels on injury prevention and return to sport. Her evidence-based approach blends manual therapy, functional dry needling, and therapeutic exercise.
