Lymphedema Treatment

Specialized Lymphatic Management to Control Chronic Swelling and Restore Mobility

‍Lymphedema is a chronic medical condition characterized by persistent, noticeable swelling, most commonly occurring in the arms or legs when the body's lymphatic vessels become damaged or lymph nodes are surgically removed. While lymphedema cannot be entirely cured, specialized physical therapy can drastically reduce limb volume and control painful symptoms, allowing you to comfortably return to your regular functional activities. Our advanced clinical treatment plans focus heavily on improving your overall daily quality of life, tissue health, and physical mobility.

Our specially trained lymphatic physical therapists utilize advanced, gentle, hands-on drainage techniques paired with precise compression strategies to safely redirect trapped fluid out of the swollen limb. Additionally, we provide comprehensive, critical education on proper daily skin care to prevent infections, self-management wrap techniques, and safe exercise progression to build strength without overloading the lymphatic system. Please note: This highly specialized medical treatment is offered exclusively at our Westminster location, and all new patients are screened and evaluated on a strict case-by-case basis.
